Yasmina Naji

Curator, founding director, Kulte Gallery & Editions French-Moroccan, born in 1980 in Rabat (Morocco) PHD student in political philosophy (La Sorbonne Paris IV) Masters degree graduate in moral and political philosophy – Masters Degree graduate in Editorial Advisory (La Sorbonne- Paris IV) Kulte is an African independent cultural entrepreneurship platform, aiming at rebuilding a visual and cultural post-colonial history. It is a centre for contemporary art, where publishing holds a fundamental position. It has specific research collections (esthetics, gender and cinema), and a special collection dedicated to author and filmmaker Ahmed Bouanani. It is today recognized as one of the most active publishing houses in North Africa. As a curator, Yasmina Naji organized more then 20 individual and collective exhibitions which included artists like Yto Barrada, Faouzi Laatiris, Kiluandji Kia Henda, Younès Rahmoun, Touda Bouanani and Aida Muluneh.
